Assistant Store Manager – Saltrock

Responsibilities
* Deliver an excellent customer experience and manage the store front.
* Motivate and oversee team members, monitor and hit sales targets.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure product is merchandised to full potential.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail, preferably with supervisory or assistant manager experience.
* Strong visual merchandising skills and passion for outdoor lifestyle brand.
* Excellent customer service and communication.

* 33 days statutory holiday (33 days per year inc. bank holidays) plus 2 extra days after 5 years; pro‑rata for part‑time.
