Leading a finance team of 12, the successful individual will provide both strategic and operational financial leadership across the organisation. This is a hands‑on role requiring a finance leader capable of operating at board level whilst remaining closely connected to the day‑to‑day realities of a fast‑moving industrial environment.
You will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening controls and reporting, supporting commercial decision‑making, and helping shape the wider strategic direction of the business. Equally important will be your ability to inspire, develop, and challenge both the finance function and wider leadership teams.
The business is seeking a forward‑thinking individual with experience gained within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, or multi‑site operational environments. Experience within a growing SME or privately backed business would be highly advantageous.
