The Role

Lead multiple supported living services

Ensure quality, compliance and CQC standards

Manage staff teams and service performance

Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
Requirements

Strong Supported Living experience (essential)
*
Registered Manager experience or Deputy ready to step up
*
Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
*
Strong leadership and organisation skills
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
