In this role, youll play a vital part in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, room service and large-scale events. Youll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards and inspiring a talented brigade to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations across the hotel
Leading and mentoring a large kitchen team, fostering a positive, professional environment
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
Assisting in creating seasonal menus using locally sourced, sustainable produce
Overseeing food costs, stock control, and health & safety compliance
