Job Description: Role: Business Development Manager Location: Reading / Maidenhead About the Role: We’re looking for our first dedicated Business Development Manager to help disrupt the traditional waste management market. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for introducing our service to the UK aesthetics sector, building strong relationships with clinic owners, and helping grow a network of high-quality, compliant partners. You’ll be helping to build something from the ground up – with a clear goal of reaching 500 flagship clinics. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and win new business across aesthetics clinics, skin clinics, and medical spas Carry out consultative “compliance audits” to highlight gaps in current waste providers Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close Build relationships and represent the business at key industry events (ACE, CCR, etc.) Act as a key ambassador for the brand within the aesthetics market
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2+ years’ experience in clinical waste sales Strong understanding of EWC codes, HTM 07-01, and upcoming aesthetics licensing changes (2026) A strong “hunter” mentality – comfortable building your own pipeline Confident communicator who can engage with high-end clinics and medical professionals
Package “Founding 500”
Base Salary: £45,000 Commission: 10% of first-year contract value for every new clinic signed Milestone Bonus: £50,000 upon reaching 500 active paying clinic accounts Career Progression: Opportunity to move into Commercial Director role once milestone is achieved
