Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Responsibilities
* Engage with potential customers in person at events, exhibitions, and retail promotions across the Swindon area.
* Proactively approach and qualify leads through open conversation and product demonstrations.
* Present product benefits, pricing, and limited-time offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
* Close sales confidently while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity and performance metrics.
* Contribute ideas to improve sales techniques and campaign outcomes.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
