Overview
Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and lead successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. The role includes leading discussions for design and development of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence. This is an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant role focused on implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management for the UK public sector. A deep understanding of OTL processes is required, with practical experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. The role includes leading client engagements and translating complex technical solutions for varied audiences, guiding projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for smooth delivery and optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Absence and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules for UK clients.
* Demonstrate expert proficiency in UK OTL and Absence processes.
* Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
* Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and support hyper care.
* Utilize knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
* Explain complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, and Change Requests.
* Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, Absence, and other relevant modules.
* Apply comprehensive knowledge across the full SDLC, including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation, and delivering Training.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
* 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - OTL and Absence module.
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe.
* Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement projects in Agile mode.
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
* Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
* Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
* Preferred: 8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
* Proficiency in all OTL and Absence processes.
* Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, Absence, and other modules.
* Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader.
* Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams (technical, business, management).
* Experience managing a team size of 5+ would be a plus.
