About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller/Transaction Manager to work on behalf of a valued client in the Basingstoke area. This role involves managing a sales team, maximizing opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of the sales team.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize opportunities.
* Sell vehicle‑related finance products.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating a positive can‑do attitude and initiative.
* Deliver the company’s values to both customers and colleagues.
Candidate Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Business Manager or Sales Controller within a main dealer.
* Strong background in selling vehicle‑related finance products.
* Positive, can‑do mentality and initiative.
