Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This post is offered on a fixed‑term basis until 01/07/2027.
Hours
30 hours per week. This post is to cover maternity leave and is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
What You Will Do
* Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management team.
* Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the service, supporting decision‑making, communication and day‑to‑day coordination.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required For This Post
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Relevant secretarial qualification.
* Previous secretarial experience is essential.
* Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare papers, handle correspondence and act as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work confidently with senior colleagues in a busy and dynamic environment.

To work in the United Kingdom, you must demonstrate that you have the relevant permission to work. This permission is granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service. NHS Ayrshire & Arran may be able to offer visa sponsorship for certain roles, provided the post meets the minimum salary threshold and any other required criteria.
