Salary: £25,242 rising to £26,703 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

Please note that the above salary is based on working 37 hours per week. If this role is part-time or you are appointed on a part‑time basis your salary will be prorated to reflect this. Exceptions to starting salary may apply if you are an existing Devon & Cornwall or Dorset Police Staff employee substantively posted to a role at the same Scale.
About the role: To provide a professional and confidential administrative service to identified customers (individual, team, or unit). Reporting to the ISO technical lead in each force, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO requirements in accordance with agreed Quality standards and will ensure the provision of administrative expertise.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the CSI department operates within the requirements of ISO, using approved quality management systems including environmental monitoring, consumable provision and quality checking, equipment, resource monitoring and the associated documentation. They will support operational officers making best use of administrative and organisational skills to maximise productivity and efficiency.
