The opportunity for growth, ownership, and serious earning potential is unmatched – if you are looking for senior progression further down the line, this is the role for you The Role: This is a role covering every aspect of the commercial vehicle sales process from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll be working with a range of commercial clients, managing finance options, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating vehicle delivery. You’ll handle new and used stock focusing on delivering a tailored, consultative experience for every customer. Key responsibilities include: * Responding to and managing warm inbound leads via phone and digital. * Understanding client needs and proposing the most suitable vehicle and finance solutions. * Managing the full sales process: quoting, negotiating, securing finance, ordering stock, and confirming delivery. * Liaising with finance companies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end transactions. * Handling finance documentation, warranties, and all relevant compliance (KYC checks, proofs, etc.). * Following up with customers post-sale for feedback, referrals, and repeat business. * Hitting monthly sales targets with clear, achievable commission brackets. What You’ll Need: * Experience in commercial vehicle sales, leasing, or automotive finance is highly desirable. * A strong understanding of the vehicle sales process, from lead handling through to delivery. * Comfortable discussing finance options, negotiating deals, and liaising with suppliers. * Confident communicator with a customer-first attitude and solution-led mindset. * Target-driven with a hunger to maximise earnings and take ownership of your pipeline. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
