As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees.
Maidstone Hospital, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 112 children, featuring a single-level layout with eight base rooms. Our facility includes onsite parking and separate garden areas tailored for each age group, promoting outdoor play and learning. We have strong links with the hospital, enhancing our community connections, and are conveniently located near the train station and bus routes. Two chefs are on site, providing nutritious meals at NHS fee rates. Each self-contained room is equipped with toileting areas and milk kitchens, ensuring a comprehensive and nurturing environment for all children. Free parking is available for staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
