Overview
I'm looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a lovely digital team who are passionate about delivering great products and experiences for their customers.
The role is mostly remote, but you'll catch up with the team in person around once a month or every two (usually in Cardiff).
Responsibilities
* Support a range of internal and customer‑facing systems, from web applications and CMS platforms to more complex software products.
* Perform day‑to‑day troubleshooting, monitor application performance, and work closely with the development team to tackle technical challenges.
* Deploy updates and continuously improve the systems.
* Assist with integration and regression testing when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably.
* Create clear, user‑friendly support documentation such as guides, FAQs, and incident reports.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting software or CMS‑based products.
* Ideally some exposure to software testing.
* A collaborative, can‑do attitude.
