Person Specification
Experience
* Caring attitude towards patients and respect for colleagues
* Effective communication skills with service users and staff
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and share leadership responsibilities

* Understanding of the complexity of health and social care services
* Research experience and skills
* Experience working in community-based older people's services
* Medical lead/management experience
* Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration
* MRCP (UK) or equivalent
* Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for General (Internal) Medicine (GIM)
* Within 6 months of obtaining CCT in the specialty
* Relevant training and experience in Geriatric Medicine
* Postgraduate degree relevant to the specialty
* Specialist interest in Parkinson's disease
* Entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Geriatric Medicine

Salary range: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, pro rata.
