Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and process remediation claims from inception to resolution.

* Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties, ensuring fair outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in claims handling, preferably within Insurance sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering, insurance, or a related field are advantageous.
