Job Title: Event Ambassador

Overview:
We are seeking professional, reliable, and proactive Event Ambassadors to support a high-profile corporate event in London. This is a one-day opportunity for individuals with previous event experience and strong front-of-house skills.
Lead Event AmbassadorHours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: £14-15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the right-hand person to the event team, assisting with all aspects of set-up and event operations.
Prepare programs and materials at the registration desk.
Greet guests and manage the registration process, including scanning QR codes via app on arrival.
Assist with general event set-up, layout, and smooth running of activities.Requirements:
Previous event experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance in line with dress code.
Events AmbassadorHours: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £13-14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Staff the registration desk, welcoming guests and checking them in using a QR code scanning app.
Provide directions and guidance to attendees on where they need to go.
Support front-of-house duties to ensure the event runs smoothly.Requirements:
Previous event or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and people skills.
Professional appearance in line with dress code.
Dress Code (Both Roles):
Business Professional: black blazer, black trousers or skirt, white shirt/blouse, black flats.
Optional: Professional black dress and tights.Professional Experience:
Prior event experience or hospitality/front-of-house experience essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
