As the Scheme Manager, you will be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently. You will take ownership of essential safety checks, including health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system, making sure the organisation meets compliance standards and delivers consistently high levels of service. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help them identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, and they will be confident in taking appropriate action to ensure residents’ wellbeing is always prioritised. What the organisation is looking for Experience in housing or customer-facing roles. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems. Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail. A self-starter with great organisational skills and a passion for helping others. A clear communicator who works well with residents, colleagues, contractors, and external agencies. A practical problem-solver who delivers high-quality work and meets deadlines. Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, including resolving feedback and complaints.
