We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead the delivery and improvement of core HR services, manage third-party suppliers, and drive complex people projects that support cultural and organisational change. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong operational expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager include:
* Lead HR and culture projects (e.g. structure change, EDI, talent frameworks)
* Design and improve HR services, policies, processes, and tools
* Oversee payroll, benefits, recognition, and working arrangements
* Ensure compliance with employment law and reporting obligations
* Manage HR systems and data accuracy
* Lead supplier relationships (e.g. payroll, OH, training, recruitment)
* Oversee office/facilities management
* Handle HR queries, ER cases, and coach managers
* Partner with HRBPs on annual processes (e.g. pay review, performance)
The successful HR Manager will have:
* Broad HR expertise with a focus on operations and service delivery
* Proven experience managing complex HR projects
* Strong influencing and coaching skills across all levels
* Experience managing suppliers and multi-level teams
Nice to Have:
* CIPD qualification
