Being a Distribution Product Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
* Technical and hands-on training to Sungrow distributors and installers.
* Point of contact for technical questions and 1st level for pre-sales support.
* Preparation of technical presentation and documentation.
* Execute training programs for existing and prospective installers and distributors in order to educate them about our solutions, their unique features and the Sungrow value proposition.
* Manage and organize showrooms.
* Regular market analysis and monitoring of market and regulation developments.
* Benchmarking of our products against competition.
* Customer visit.
* All in all: Create Sungrow fans!
Your profile
So, I hope you now understand what is expected of you and what background is suitable for this role. Keep in mind, it’s all about electrical equipment, so it is essential for you to have:
* Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering or a similar background.
* Alternatively: A higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical focus.
* If you have experience in the regenerative energy industry for about 2 years, you are a good fit for this opportunity.
Your mission
As a Distribution Product Manager, your key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical and hands-on training to Sungrow distributors and installers.
* Serving as the point of contact for technical questions and first-level pre-sales support.

* Benchmarking our products against competitors.

Additionally, it would be great if you:
* Can work independently and focus in a dynamic environment.
* Possess strong communication and commercial skills.
* Are passionate, motivated, and eager to succeed.
* Have fluent English skills (minimum B2), as you will communicate daily with English-speaking customers.
* Are a quick learner interested in the clean-tech industry.
* Pay attention to details and see the big picture.
* Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
* Are willing to travel several times per year, mainly in the UK and Ireland, up to 2-3 times a month.
* Possess a valid UK driving license (advantageous).
