Role

LCP Delta is looking for a Delivery Manager specialising in eMobility and electric vehicle (EV) charging to lead and oversee the delivery of our EV Charging practice. This senior role will focus on ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness and client satisfaction across a portfolio of research and consulting assignments, while also maintaining a strong external presence through client engagement, thought leadership and speaking at industry events.

What will you be doing?

* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of LCP Delta’s EV Charging practice, ensuring all workstreams are managed effectively and outputs consistently meet the highest standards of quality
* Lead and manage a team of EV experts, setting clear priorities, providing ongoing guidance and feedback, and fostering a high-performing culture focused on delivery excellence
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining close oversight of scope, timelines and budgets, and addressing risks or issues proactively as they arise

Quality & Client Excellence

* Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables, acting as a final quality check before work is presented to clients or published externally
* Ensure all work is approached from the client’s perspective - understanding their priorities, anticipating their questions, and communicating findings clearly and effectively
* Work closely with teams across LCP Delta to coordinate resources, share knowledge and ensure the EV Charging practice benefits from relevant cross-team expertise (for example, collaborating with Flexibility Team colleagues on topics such as bi-directional charging)

Client Engagement

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery and ensuring clients’ needs are understood and met
* Present findings, insights and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity, including to senior audiences and at industry events and conferences

Thought Leadership

* Contribute to and oversee the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, market reports and articles, drawing on deep sector knowledge to produce authoritative, insight-led outputs
* Represent LCP Delta at industry events and conferences, speaking on key topics and helping to raise the profile of our EV Charging practice within the sector

What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for?

* Experience working in the EV charging industry, with a deep and current understanding of the European eMobility landscape
* Proven experience delivering consultancy and/or research projects to a high standard within the energy or eMobility sector
* Experience managing and developing a team of analysts or consultants at an earlier stage in their career, with a clear ability to set direction, delegate effectively and maintain quality standards
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to review and improve complex analytical work and assess outputs from the client’s perspective
* A collaborative colleague who leads by example, setting high standards, supporting others, providing constructive feedback and contributing to a positive team culture
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
* Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, including the confidence to present complex content to senior audiences and represent LCP Delta at industry events
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for the energy transition, EV charging and sustainable mobility
