Reed Education are working in partnership with a primary school in Hampshire to appoint an experienced and driven Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher to join them from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established senior leader who is looking to take on a high-impact role within a school on a clear and positive improvement journey.

The role
Working closely with the Headteacher, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to:
* Drive forward school improvement priorities
* Lead on behaviour, inclusion, and pupil outcomes
* Support staff development and build a strong teaching culture
* Contribute to a positive, structured, and nurturing school environment
About you
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
* Have proven experience working at SLT level
* Bring strong experience within SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) settings
* Have significant experience as a Deputy or Assistant Head within primary schools
* Demonstrate a clear track record of raising standards and leading change
* Are resilient, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupils with diverse needs
