The Role
We are partnering with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team. With a reputation for excellence, this company is committed to quality, innovation, and building long-lasting client relationships, working on prestigious schemes with clients across London. You will:
* Review tender and contract documentation, develop construction programmes, and coordinate information release schedules.
* Lead site mobilisation, manage approved subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health & safety and programme requirements.
* Liaise closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to maintain control of cost, quality, and project delivery.
* Monitor live projects through inspections, meetings, progress reporting, and client engagement to ensure satisfaction.
* Oversee snagging processes and manage all handover documentation, including H&S and O&M records.
The Ideal Candidate;
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or fit-out.
* Strong working knowledge of JCT and D&B contracts.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
