The Electrification Systems Segment aims to build on strengths from Grid Solutions and Power Conversion, Solar & Storage businesses to enrich our value proposition to customers in a growth environment. The Chief Strategy & Technology Officer provides oversight and coordination on strategy and technology across the entire Electrification Systems Segment.


Job Description (Fr)

Le Segment Electrification Systems s’appuie sur les forces combinées de Grid Solutions, Power Conversion, Solar & Storage afin d’enrichir notre proposition de valeur dans un contexte de croissance. The Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, assure la supervision et la coordination de la stratégie et de la technologie à l’échelle de l’ensemble du Segment Electrification Systems.


Responsibilities

* Collect, analyze and synthesize strategic business intelligence in close collaboration with Global Accounts Management and Strategic Accounts Executives, corporate and business line Strategic Marketing teams.
* Formulate Voice of Industry – including market modelling – and incorporate it into the strategic planning process, in cooperation with the broader CSTO team, Electrification Systems business lines and GE Vernova Growth & Technology team.
* Drive the Electrification Systems strategy process (“LTS”) and its implementation within GE Vernova Electrification Systems and its business lines, in cooperation with Electrification System Strategy Leaders and the GE Vernova Growth & Technology team.
* Inform and structure advocacy efforts related to the Electrification Systems segment, in cooperation with Chief Engineer, corporate Strategic Marketing and Government Affairs teams.
* Lead customer segment‑specific analysis for power generation, transmission & distribution, electro‑intense industry and transportation, storage.
* Consolidate business intelligence and coordinate with business lines to confirm market hypotheses and perform gap analysis.
* Deliver input and collaborate with corporate marketing team for models that serve as baseline to strategy and business plans.
* Build market synthesis for the Electrification System strategy plan and develop scenarios for stress‑test and blue‑sky modeling, identifying adjacencies to evaluate.
* Manage relationships and represent interests with recognized third‑party analysts (e.g., International Energy Agency, BNEF).


Responsabilités (Fr)

* La collecte, l’analyse et la synthèse d’informations stratégiques sur le marché, en étroite collaboration avec la Gestion des Comptes Globaux, les responsables Grands Comptes Stratégiques, ainsi que les équipes de Marketing Stratégique corporate et métiers ;
* La définition de la Voice of Industry – incluant la modélisation de marché – et son intégration dans le processus de planification stratégique, en coopération avec l’équipe CSTO, les Business Lines Electrification Systems et l’équipe GE Vernova Growth & Technology ;
* La conduite du processus de stratégie Electrification Systems (LTS) et sa mise en œuvre, en lien étroit avec les responsables stratégie des Business Lines et l’équipe Growth & Technology de GE Vernova ;
* L’apport de soutien et la structuration des actions d’influence liées au Segment Electrification Systems, en coopération avec le Chief Engineer, les équipes de Marketing Stratégique corporate et les affaires publiques.


Qualifications & Capabilities

* 10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, Product Management or Finance.
* In‑depth knowledge of Grid Solutions business, market & players.
* Proactive, creative, “can‑do” attitude.
* Excellent computer literacy – Excel, PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills for driving global processes.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a large, multicultural, international matrix organization.
* Experience working in a changing environment.
* University degree in Engineering or Business; a Master/MBA is a plus.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages valued.


Compétences et profil recherché (Fr)

* Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en Marketing & Ventes, Gestion de Produit ou Finance ;
* Connaissance approfondie du marché, des acteurs et du business Grid Solutions, indispensable ;
* Capacité démontrée à contribuer de manière proactive, avec un esprit créatif et innovant ;
* Maîtrise avancée des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) ;
* Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de communication, nécessaires pour conduire des processus globaux et transversaux ;
* Expérience réussie au sein d’organisations internationales, multiculturelles et matricielles ;
* Aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement en transformation et attitude positive orientée solutions ;
* Diplôme universitaire en Ingénierie ou en Commerce (un Master/MBA est un plus) ;
* Anglais courant, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. La maîtrise d’autres langues est un atout.
