Receptionist
Location: Redditch
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

We are currently recruiting for a professional and organised Receptionist to join a busy and friendly team based in Redditch. This is a temporary ongoing position offering full-time hours and an immediate start for the right candidate. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to‑day running of the reception and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
* Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls professionally
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Booking meeting rooms and maintaining office calendars
* Providing general administrative support to various departments
* Filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
* Updating internal systems and databases accurately
* Assisting with data entry and general office duties
* Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Administrator or Customer Service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
