Working closely with our in-house property administration team, you’ll support case reviews, manage legal documentation, and help maintain high regulatory standards in a pension scheme environment.Your responsibilities will include:* Receiving, reviewing, and processing legal documents relating to commercial property transactions* Supporting the property administration team with due diligence, case reviews, and compliance checks* Ensuring regulatory and legal standards are maintained within a SIPP/SSAS framework* Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal stakeholders on property matters* Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy* Assisting with record-keeping and reporting across property transactionsWhat we’re looking for:You’ll bring a strong legal foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with property documentation.
