The Opportunity Were looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This is a pivotal role where youll:
Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partnersboth direct and broker-led.
Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers to deliver sustainable growth.
Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions, and ensure compliance.
Be the face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated marketbringing insight, energy, and commercial acumen.
What Youll Bring Proven experience in retail finance new business acquisition and account management.
Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector .
Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board-level partners.
A track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced, regulated environment .
Resilience, ambition, and a customer-first mindset.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
