Responsibilities
* Lead engagement processes reporting directly to the partner.
* Lead fieldwork teams.
* Direct financial analysis on target businesses for inclusion in due diligence reports.
* Liaise with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
* Develop industry, channel and economic expertise.
Qualifications
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
* Experience working in transaction services.
* Prior experience in writing high‑quality, value‑add due diligence reports.
* Genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, understanding how businesses operate and what makes them tick.
* A strong understanding of deal mechanics.
* Displays high level of accuracy, diligence and integrity.
* Commercially minded and a critical thinker.
* Able to form relationships with a wide range of people internally and externally, as well as being a strong team player.
