Hours: Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Sutton / hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)

Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Manager at our Sutton office.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful internal and external communications and campaigns that support our business goals. Your success will be measured by your ability to create and deliver engaging marketing content, build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute effectively to wider marketing initiatives.
This position places a strong focus on event coordination and content creation, so experience in both areas is highly desirable.

Accountabilities
* Internal Communications
o Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives by creating and delivering compelling written and visual content for:
o The intranet (The Loop)
o Staff events and activities
o Quarterly staff updates and announcements.
* Team & Campaign Support
o Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email channels.
o Support the coordination and execution of events, collaborating closely with the Marketing Executive, Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing.
o Organise logistics and communications for both internal and external events, including venue coordination, attendee communication and post-event evaluation.
o Represent the firm at corporate events as required.
o Uphold brand standards by ensuring consistent and accurate application of brand guidelines across all materials and communications.
o Provide general support to the Head of Marketing on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Professional Skills
* Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and content creation abilities, essential to the success of this role.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing events, timelines, and competing priorities.
* Confident and articulate communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
* Solutions-focused and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proactive approach to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
* A degree-level or marketing-related qualification is desirable.
Experience
* Proven track record in producing a variety of marketing materials and collateral.
* Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality written content for diverse audiences and platforms.
* Practical experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, SEO and social media content management.
* Understanding of public relations principles and practices.
* Strong IT proficiency, with experience creating professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
* Experience supporting or leading event logistics and communications is highly desirable.
* Working knowledge of systems such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, and MailChimp would be an advantage.
