About the opportunity

Flexiclean Group is expanding! We're hiring a Sales Person for our sister company, Klinya—a fast-growing UK distributor of professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

Since 2006, Flexiclean Group has built a reputation as Scotland's trusted cleaning services provider, serving 1,000+ clients across commercial, hospitality, and public sectors. Now, we're bringing that same commitment to quality and customer service to the cleaning products market through Klinya.

The Role

We're seeking a driven Sales Person to join Klinya and take ownership of our product sales across the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with commercial clients (restaurants, hotels, offices, facilities management companies) and residential customers, while representing a brand backed by nearly 20 years of cleaning industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
* Develop tailored cleaning product solutions based on customer needs
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

* Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, education)
* Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
* Collaborate with Flexiclean Group's existing client base to cross-sell Klinya products

Market Intelligence

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
* Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
* Identify opportunities for expanding Klinya's product range and market reach
What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales (2+ years preferred)
* Experience in cleaning supplies, janitorial products, facilities management, or related industries is highly advantageous
* Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and relationship building
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites required)

Desirable Skills

* Existing network within hospitality, facilities management, or cleaning services sectors
* Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
* Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus)

The role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
* 3+ years' of sales experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
