Our school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and organised Administration Assistant to become the face of our school community. This is a vital role where you will set the tone for everyone who comes through our doors – offering a positive first impression, a reassuring presence, and dependable support. As the school’s first point of contact, you will greet parents, pupils, and visitors with genuine kindness, manage phone calls, emails, and reception tasks while ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.
You’ll care for pupils by providing first aid and communicating with parents, handle attendance and lunch records, help organize school trips and events, and carry out a range of administrative duties to keep our busy school running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role in a lively environment, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential!
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is approachable, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with children, families, and staff;
* Works effectively as part of a team and remains calm, patient, and compassionate, even during busy or challenging situations;
* Has strong communication skills and handles sensitive information with discretion;
