To assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers. Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.

Qualifications
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
* Completion of all Wales Induction Framework
* Previous clinical experience
