Job summary
The role of the Senior Speech and Language Therapist will be to provide high quality rehabilitation care to our residents. This will involve a range of neurological assessment and intervention skills, across different phases of treatment (slow stream rehabilitation to long term maintenance).
This role will involve working at both sites; Lillington House & Helen Ley House.
Main duties of the job
To prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload, demonstrating specialised skills, experience and ability to work without supervision.
To promote effective and evidence based treatments, identifying and utilising evidence based outcome measures appropriate for the residents at Castel Froma Neuro Care
