Job Summary:
The SEMI Specialist will serve as the technical expert in the growth of CSA Group’s compliance program for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves providing technical guidance, supporting compliance with SEMI Standards, and expanding our presence in this industry segment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
Your Tasks:
* Serve as the subject matter expert on SEMI Standards and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
* Provide technical direction and mentoring within the product group.
* Support the development and execution of CSA’s semiconductor equipment compliance program.
* Guide clients on regulatory requirements during projects and reviews.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with industry stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to grow CSA’s presence in the semiconductor industry.
* Respond to technical inquiries and guide internal teams and clients.
* Represent CSA Group at industry events and standardization meetings.
* Stay updated on SEMI Standards and regulatory changes.
* Contribute to international standards development through CSA’s networks.
Your Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 8 years of experience in semiconductor equipment compliance.
* Deep knowledge of SEMI Standards (S2, S3, S6, S8, S14, S22) and compliance processes.
* Understanding of global regulatory requirements for semiconductor equipment.
* Experience in product compliance, testing, and certification.
* Business development or program expansion experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
