The delivery of effective external and internal marketing and communications will be essential to achieving these goals.


Job description


The finance assistant will be responsible for carrying out tasks within the finance team under the supervision of the accounting manager, or the financial controller.


Profile


Key Activities:

* Day to day accounting processes;
* Invoice processing (customer & supplier)
* Supplier invoice reconciliations
* Expense processing
* Creation of payment runs
* Statement reconciliations
* Postings within SAP
* Bank reconciliations

Key Output: Ensuring the above processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Training and Qualifications:

* Entry level role
* A-Level or equivalent in maths is preferable
* GCSE's or equivalent in English and maths
