We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic Contract Operations team on a permanent basis. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our contractor support services, contributing to the delivery of best-in-class service across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist the Contract Support team with daily administrative tasks, including handling queries, requests, and Contractor joining instructions Ensure contractor certification and insurance documents are collected, audited, added to CRM system, and shared with relevant internal and external stakeholders when required. Create, run and issue compliance reports to contract support team each week Monitor and action a shared mailbox for contractor queries ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues. Provide support in arranging Contractor travel and accommodation during busy periods Collaborate with all stakeholders to continually improve processes and find efficiencies across Taylor Hopkinson’s workflows Provide administrative support to the Senior Contract Coordinators and HSEQ Lead when required. Provide support to the Head of Business Operations in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office functions. Excellent organisational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks and requirements simultaneously. Time management skills with the ability to prioritise urgent and important tasks so that project deadlines are achieved, and stakeholder expectations are met. Detail oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure key messages are clearly understood by all relevant stakeholders. Effective use of technology including Bullhorn, InTime & MS Office. Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and the flexibility to support a variety of business functions.
