Role Overview
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities
* Support your team and help them reach their potential while maintaining high standards
* Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure proper staffing
* Uphold food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions
Qualifications
* Passionate about supporting team development and maintaining high standards
* Experience in managing kitchen operations and understanding financial metrics
* Excellent team coaching and leadership skills
