Birchwell Associates is seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Specification Executive to create demand for a market-leading range of Ground Source, Air Source, and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps. This is a predominantly office-based role with a focus on telephone and virtual communication, alongside occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and specify heat pump products and accessories to installers and heating professionals
Convert both self-sourced and inbound leads into active customers
Build and maintain client relationships via phone and virtual meetings
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and process enquiries
Provide presales technical and specification support
Manage and track order pipelines through CRM systems
Develop installer relationships into partnership opportunities
Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
About You
Experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship roles
Knowledge of product specification or heating/building services is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
Confident and proactive, particularly in phone-based sales
Competent with IT systems and quick to learn new software
Keen to develop technical knowledge and progress professionally
