Strong Kustomer system understanding and functional knowledge. Strong technical skills on the technology/ Kustomer system involved. Ability to analyse requirements, translate into technical requirements and make configuration and technical changes in Kustomer as needed. Ability to provide effective technical solutions, where needed on the CRM and related Customer contact centre technologies involved.
