Nursery Manager**
**Hours: 40 hours per week**
**Location: Slough**
**Salary: £14 per hour, £29,120 pa**

**About the Role:**
As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading and managing the nursery team
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
- Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations.

**What They Are Looking For:**
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible.
