Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Various Locations across London
Salary: £65,000 plus perm benefits
Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple properties (3 HNWI residences, one large office building, a warehouse, and multiple small retail stores)
* Managing a dedicated team of three staff members, ensuring smooth operations in their absence
* Coordinating essential services, including cleaning, maintenance, and catering for all locations
* Monitoring utility services and liaising with providers for gas, water, and electricity
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met
* Collaborating with contractors for building maintenance and renovations
* Project managing general maintenance and renovations for all locations
* Managing tenant and building issues, ensuring all matters are handled
