Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead ROV operations using the Falcon system onboard offshore vessels.
* Ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of subsea inspections, intervention, and deployment tasks.
* Coordinate pre‑dive checks, mission planning, and reporting in compliance with project scope.
* Provide technical support and mentoring to junior ROV crew.
Qualifications
* Proven experience operating and supervising Falcon ROV systems.
* Solid understanding of North Sea operations and offshore safety regulations.
* IMCA‑recognized certification or equivalent ROV competency credentials.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities with electronic/mechanical systems.
Essential Skills
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and in harsh offshore environments.
* Right to work in Europe preferred.
