Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office management, HR administration, insurance compliance, and sales support. This role is critical to ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the leadership team in achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Management:
o Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
o Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
o Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
o Act as Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, and Health & Safety coordinator for the office.

* HR Administration:
o Maintain employee records and HR systems.
o Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
o Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits.
o Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Insurance & Compliance:
o Oversee company insurance policies (business, liability, etc.).
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Maintain accurate documentation for audits and renewals.
* Sales Administration:
o Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and CRM updates.
o Prepare reports and track KPIs.
o Assist with client communication and scheduling.
* General Administration:
o Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare presentations and reports for management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in office management or operations roles, supporting a leadership team in a small business environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
