What you’ll be doing
* Facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, meeting sales volume and profitability targets.
* Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and capabilities with confidence.
* Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and enquiries.
* Managing the full sales cycle, including finance introductions, aftermarket and trade-ins.
* Delivering a premium handover experience, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
* Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and aftersales engagement.
* Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and competitor research.
* Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
* Accurately maintain records and paperwork and comply with relevant regulations.
What you’ll bring
* Previous automotive POV sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
* A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
* Professional presentation and an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
