We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
Keep customers informed about lead times, order status, and any delays.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all documentation is audit-compliant.
Support sales managers with administrative tasks, including price lists, product specifications, and promotional materials.
Arrange and attend customer meetings, trade shows, and assist with new product launches.
Prepare bespoke agreements, reports, and manage sample requests.
Respond to emails within 1 hour and provide clear timelines for resolution.What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service and office administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
