You will: Recruit, develop and inspire your own team of care professionals Register with CQC and maintain full compliance from the outset Build strong relationships with clients, families and local partners Drive business growth and increase care hours Manage operational performance, quality and financial targets Establish a positive, people-focused culture This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building something from the ground up. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a values-driven leader with strong people and compliance experience. You’ll ideally have: Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education or similar) Experience or understanding of CQC standards (desirable but not essential) Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle A passion for delivering person-centred care Don’t have specific care background?
