Our client, a leading early years education provider in Southampton, Hampshire, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification to join their dedicated team. * Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and work collaboratively within a team while using your initiative to adapt to each child’s needs.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the unique needs of each child.
