Culinary Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef De Partie. This exciting role offers the chance to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, developing menus and leading a culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests.
* To assist in the development of menus that showcase local ingredients and creative flavor combinations.
* To maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation, adhering to health and safety standards.
* To deputize for the Head Chef in their absence, taking responsibility for delivering the menu to the required high standards.
* To liaise with guests and staff in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
* To contribute to the success of our events program, delivering high-end set menus for corporate clients.
* To manage kitchen staff effectively, setting goals and objectives to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Possession of fine technical culinary skills and plating design expertise.
* Previous experience in a similar role or looking to take the next career step up to Chef De Partie.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Flair, creativity, and imagination, with the ability to develop new ideas and concepts.
* Ability to take responsibility and lead a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Working Hours:
* 5 days per week, with 2 days off, approximately 45-50 hours per week.
