Responsibilities
* Act as the key point of contact for customers during the car buying experience, ensuring the service is right first time and every time.
* Support customers through every step of the buying journey.
* Work a flexible pattern, typically including weekends, to provide the highest level of service.
* Maintain a company car and benefit from subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and high street retailer discounts.
Qualifications
* Good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
* Experience in customer service or sales background.
* Ready to attend an assessment centre.
