Wigton Group Medical Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our busy GP training practice serving approximately 9,300 patients. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staffing and finances, and drive service improvements while ensuring high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have previous practice management experience in general practice and demonstrate strong financial management and leadership skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000 a year, dependent on experience.
