Primary SEND Teaching Assistant – Bispham, Blackpool, Lancashire
Starting December 2025 – Maternity Cover (until the end of the 2025/26 academic year)
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and well-regarded primary school in Bispham, Blackpool, Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional to make a real difference in the learning and development of pupils with SEND in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
The Role
A Primary SEND Teaching Assistant in Bispham, Blackpool, Lancashire is required to start in December 2025, supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis across EYFS and Key Stage 1 for the remainder of the 2025/26 academic year. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support, promote independence, and ensure that all pupils are able to access and engage with the curriculum effectively.
The role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment. A Primary SEND Teaching Assistant will need to be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs, demonstrating excellent communication and collaborative skills.
